Kiran Shah, Founder, Go Zero
Many founders believe building a company and building a brand are the same.
They’re not.
A company runs the business—operations, revenue, hiring, distribution, and margins.
A brand shapes how people feel about you. It’s why customers choose you before they’ve even tried your product—and why they remember you long after.
At Go Zero, the team treats them as two separate priorities. They focus on scaling the business while intentionally building a brand that stands for one clear promise:
“Zero Added Sugar. 100% Indulgence.”
Every touchpoint—from packaging and product names to social media—is designed to reinforce that promise.
As Kiran Shah puts it:
“Company is what we run. Brand is what people remember.”
