1. Nua has raised $50 Mn in Series C funding led by Peak XV Partners and Filter Capital, taking total capital raised to ~$71.5 Mn. The women’s wellness brand reaches 3M+ women and girls monthly and claims its annualised revenue run rate grew from ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr in 24 months. Fresh capital will support brand building, distribution, R&D and new products.
2. SUGAR Cosmetics has raised ₹144.5 Cr from existing investor A91 Partners, giving the D2C beauty brand fresh capital for its next phase of growth. While the round values SUGAR below its 2022 peak, the investment provides an opportunity to strengthen operations, sharpen its product portfolio and improve unit economics. With established brand recognition and omnichannel distribution, SUGAR is focused on rebuilding momentum.
3. BlissClub has raised ₹160 Cr in Series B funding led by Singularity AMC at an ~₹860 Cr valuation. The D2C athleisure brand plans to expand categories, strengthen offline retail, invest in product development and hire talent. With 40+ stores, a new menswear line and FY25 revenue growth of 51.5%, BlissClub is building momentum while significantly narrowing its losses.
4. Swish has raised $24 Mn in funding led by Bertelsmann India Investments to expand its quick food delivery network. The startup plans to enter new cities, strengthen supply chain infrastructure and build more than 1,000 kitchens over five years. With monthly orders crossing one million, Swish is scaling its owned-kitchen model despite increasing scrutiny around ultra-fast food delivery economics.
Business Boost:
1. DaMENSCH has raised ₹17.4 Cr from A91 Partners and Tancom Electronics at a broadly flat ₹600 Cr valuation. The fresh capital comes as the D2C menswear market enters a more competitive phase. With FY25 revenue growing 34% to ₹118 Cr, the brand is focused on strengthening growth, distribution, repeat purchases and unit economics while building its next phase.
2. Theater has raised ₹56.25 Cr in Series A funding at an ~₹402 Cr valuation, marking a 4.5X jump from its previous valuation. Led by Niveshaay, the round will support business expansion, working capital and balance-sheet strengthening. With FY25 revenue reaching ₹33.35 Cr after 2.37X growth, the digital-first fashion brand is building momentum for its next phase
3. ZeroHarm Sciences has raised ₹65 Cr in funding led by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers and Alkemi Growth Capital to expand its plant-based supplement business. The Hyderabad startup plans to strengthen its India presence, enter the US, UK and Middle East, and scale R&D and manufacturing. With 60+ SKUs and 3L+ customers, ZeroHarm is building a broader global wellness proposition.
4. Lickicious has raised ₹19 Cr in growth capital led by Prath Ventures to scale its pet food and nutrition business. The brand is developing a 60,000 sq ft manufacturing and distribution footprint while investing in R&D, quality, supply chain and category expansion. With plans to move from digital-first to omnichannel, Lickicious is targeting ₹100 Cr annual revenue and a top-three position in India’s pet food market.
5. Sorry Sugar has raised $1 million in seed funding to expand across North India, strengthen D2C, quick commerce and offline retail, and launch new products. The zero-added-sugar beverage brand has already crossed ₹1 crore in first-month revenue, operates three stores across Gurugram and Delhi, and is targeting ₹60 crore+ ARR this financial year with monk fruit-based beverages and gelatos further.
Founders Funded:
1.Iztri has raised a seed round led by All In Capital and Suashish Group to expand its hyperlocal fabric care network. The startup plans to strengthen its hub, operations and technology infrastructure while entering dry cleaning and shoe care. Serving 25,000+ customers in Bangalore and employing 200+ workers, Iztri is targeting 100,000 customers within six months and expand across India.
2. Marmalade has raised ₹6 Cr in seed funding to expand distribution, strengthen brand-building and scale operations. Its flagship Brightside Craft Whiskey, developed with Amrut Distilleries and master blender Ashok Chokalingam, is expanding into Mumbai and Maharashtra. The startup targets ₹15 Cr ARR by December 2026, building a new-age alcobev brand around approachable products, contemporary branding and innovation.
