2. Libas Aims ₹1,000 Crore Revenue and SME IPO in 2–3 Years to Fuel D2C Growth
Noida-based ethnic wear brand Libas is preparing for its next growth leap, aiming to achieve ₹1,000 crore in revenue by FY26 and considering a SME IPO within the next 2–3 years. The announcement follows a recent ₹150 crore fundraise from IAF Series 5, a fund managed by ICICI Venture, marking its first institutional capital infusion.
Founded in the 1980s and digitally reinvented in 2014, Libas has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing D2C fashion brands, serving customers via its website, app, and major marketplaces like Myntra and Flipkart. Currently, over 80% of the brand’s revenue comes through online sales, while offline contributes about 10–15%. With the new capital, the brand is now eyeing a balanced omnichannel model by ramping up its offline presence across the country.
Business Boost
1. Skippi Aims for ₹300 Cr Turnover, Plots SME IPO to Power D2C Expansion
India’s first ice-pop brand, Skippi, is setting its sights high with plans to hit a ₹300 crore turnover in the next three years. The Hyderabad-based startup is also preparing for an SME IPO, aiming to fuel its next phase of growth across domestic and international markets.
The D2C brand shot to fame after its appearance on Shark Tank India, where it gained all five investors’ backing. Since then, Skippi has scaled rapidly, currently present in over 20,000 retail outlets across 300+ cities. It also sells directly through its own website and leading marketplaces like Amazon, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, strengthening its D2C play
2. Bonkers Corner Goes Global: Indian D2C Fashion Brand Debuts in UAE via E-Commerce
Bonkers Corner, an Indian streetwear brand, is going global, starting with e-commerce in the UAE. This shows how fast the brand is growing in India's direct-to-consumer scene and also points to how other new Indian fashion and lifestyle brands are aiming for the world market.
Shubham Gupta started Bonkers Corner, which has a big fan base because of its creator-focused approach. They sell comfy, attention-grabbing clothes that match what Gen Z and millennials like. With 15 stores in India and mainly online sales, they're using their direct-to-consumer setup to get into the UAE's online fashion market, which is expected to be worth $6.5 billion by 2027.

Founded by Aashka Goradia Goble, Ashutosh Valani, and Priyank Shah,
RENÉE Cosmetics, with its 200+ products, is already a major player among brands with venture capital backing Brands. They sell all sorts of beauty and skincare stuff like eye makeup, lipsticks, serums, and – all priced reasonably and made to keep up with the latest trends.
2. Nuuk Raises $2 Mn in Follow-On Round to Scale Its D2C Appliance Brand in India
Nuuk, a D2C home appliance brand that's growing fast in India, just got over $2 million (about ₹19 crore) in another funding round. Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital led the round. This comes right after Nuuk got $5 million in Series A funding in March 2025, bringing their total funding to over $10 million (around ₹90 crore).
Gazal Kalra and Shalabh Gupta started Nuuk. It's one of those new Indian D2C brands making appliances with great design that work well and are made for today's Indian homes. Nuuk really focuses on how its products are designed and made in India. Its products stand out because most of what you see are older brands or stuff that's imported. The brand does everything itself—from coming up with product ideas to managing the supply chain and selling mostly online. This helps it stand out in India's growing D2C scene.
